"Broke the Seal" RIP, it didn't survive the broken seal! 😭

Brewer - Chris

This ones a bit like love and hate, a NEIPA/Pale, I made a variety of this a few years back, but this is a lower carb version with a few tweaked hops (mostly because I ran out at the boil); it's named after what happened when I was fermenting and found the shiny new Unitank the following day with a leaky seal, a long story. It's finished up at around 5.8% abv semi low carb, will get those numbers when it's finished, next step is dry hopping with Citra, Mosaic, Cascade and Wakatu hops, hoping for a fruity one.

"Orange Pop"

Brewer - Chris

This is a version of a previous pale ale made with mandarina Bavaria and Cascade hops, this one wasn't quite to original recipe as I used what I had in stock and also low carbed it, so looking forward to a light fruity pale

Afligem Clone

Brewer - Chris

A Belgian blond ale, I tried this in Belgium and it was a stunner so hoping for a good clone of this great beer, it's in the keg now sitting at 6.5% abv conditioning well, not a low carb variety but who cares. First tasting of this was very successful, it was quite sweet but in a good way, more recent taste testing it has conditioned up well, lost some of it's sweetness and has a very nice Belgian Blond flavour, I'll be making this one again.

Tank - Low Carb Pilsner

Brewer - Chris

This is a pretty standard pilsner lager that I created specifically to ferment in the Unitank, after some meticulous faffing around with the tank to get the seal in place, I decided to pressure ferment this one which means I could ferment it at normal temperatures, reduce the amount of yeast required then eventually reduce the temperature to get the "Lagering" process going, effectively this is to drop all suspended solids and create a very clean clear beer, the fermentation went very well, it actually hit 1.000 gravity so is very low carb, under taste testing this means it's not actually very tasty, but hopefully it will condition up well, it's also not very clear yet, but let's wait and see what we get on the day.

Frogs Treehouse - Hazy IPA

Brewer - Dan

Hitting 8.1% abv this one will be a coma inducer

Non Lefte - Belgian Blonde

Brewer - Dan

Coming in at 5.9% abv not for the feint hearted but not a brain cell smelting tool, sounds like it might be a Leffe contender
