New toys to be housed in the brew shed will be used for this years beers including this new BrewBuilt Unitank; this little gem can brew 50 litres of beer in a fully sealed environment, ability to pressure ferment is available but that's going to be the next experiments when I've got the time, it comes with lots of extra toys that I'll list here including a sealed hop bong which will allow me to add hops flushed with CO2 before they hit the beer for a true sealed dry hopping process, transferring the beer will also be a completely closed process guaranteeing there is absolutely no oxygen contamination
